SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO-AM) -- To help get a handle on wrong-doers in scandals like the EB-5 mess, South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley will ask the state legislature for criminal laws.
Jackley also has a number of other components in his requests to the legislature next January concerning sentencing for vehicular homicide and tweaks to IM22 and Marsey's "Law."
