SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO-AM) With the craze of Black Friday over and currently in the midst of small business Saturday, we look next for Cyber Monday.

Just like Black Friday- Cyber Monday is a day that shoppers have been waiting for.

"The vast majority of our marketing dollars our spent online," said Marketing Director for Chelsea's Boutique, Aaron Blumer as he spoke with KSFY.

But with all the Cyber ads out there you need to be very aware of Cyber scams

State Director for the Better Business Bureau, Jesse Schmidt said "There has been lots of preparation by retailers, lots of preparation by their online site developers, but a lot of preparation by the scammers as well,"

"You want to be very careful because criminals and cyber criminals make those sites nearly identical. They're just tweaking one letter, one number in the URL to make it look somewhat different,"

Whether you are paying in front of the cash register or checking out behind your desktop, Schmidt says using a credit card is the best option.

"Use your credit card over your debit card because there are some additional protections if there are charges that you have not authorized on there. Just be cautious."
