SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO-AM) There was an armed robbery in Sioux Falls on Thanksgiving Day.
Police say a man used a long barreled handgun to rob the Golden Coin Casino at 2505 W Russell Thanksgiving morning. He took the cash and took off running. Witnesses described a purple or maroon PT cruiser leaving the area at a high rate of speed.
There was an armed robbery at the same casino just last month. It's too early in the investigation to determine whether the two robberies are related.
