SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO-AM) One guy's in a baseball cap, the other in a wig and they're robbing the 1st National Bank at 26th and Sertoma in Sioux Falls. Police have released a bank surveillance video of the armed robbery in progress, hoping the robbers will be recognized.
The robbers are stuffing cash from the teller drawers into a black plastic garbage bag. The man in the wig loses his hairy disguise as he leaps over the counter to run out of the bank. At least, the police have one clue.
This latest bank robbery on November 15 is the second in Sioux Falls in as many weeks. The robbery at a Dacotah Bank branch was nearby but Police don't believe the suspects are the same.
