SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO-AM) A 72 year old female resident of Sioux Falls was injured today as she stepped off the curb and was struck. The vehicle was heading southbound on Sycamore Avenue when it struck the pedestrain and then left the roadway and careened into a garage causing major damage to the garage and the unattended vehicle inside. The pedestrain was transported to McKennan hospital with potential life threatening injuries. No report on the driver of the vehicle. An investigation is still currently ongoing.
