Co-chair Brad Mair says every builder has a favorite new feature.
Mair says a personal favorite of his is a home theater featuring stadium seating, large projection television and a built-in bar. That's the home he'd walk through if he were to go on the tour.
The Fall Parade of Homes is tomorrow and Sunday from one to five and next weekend too.
