SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- One of the escaped Minnehaha County inmates have been apprehended in Altona, Iowa.
Altona police arrested Roy Hampton on suspicion of stealing a vehicle. Brittany Beal, 25, who was with Hampton, was with him and also arrested.
William Calkins still remains at large.
The men escaped Wednesday from the work release center.

On 08 11 2018 in the early morning hours Altona IA Police Department were called to a suspicious vehicle. Altona Police determined the vehicle was stolen out of Sioux Falls. The suspects related to the stolen vehicle are Roy Hampton and Brittany Beal 25, both were taken into custody by IA authorities. Roy Hampton is wanted for Escape out of Minnehaha County and is being held pending extradition to South Dakota. Brittany Beal was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle in IA. Brittany may face a harboring charge in Minnehaha County. That investigation is ongoing. No extradition date has been set at the time of this press release.
