ROCK VALLEY, IA (KELO.com) -- For the third time in only a matter of days, evacuations were ordered again in waterlogged Rock Valley, Iowa.
These latest evacuations, ordered Sunday night, were also on the north part of town, close to the swollen Rock River.
It just keeps raining on and off and when the river goes down, it goes up again.
Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds visited Rock Valley over the weekend, and also the site of the train derailment nearby. Reynolds says she doesn't think the state national guard will be needed for flood assistance.
