SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- President Trump's embattled EPA Chief, Scott Pruitt took a coffee break in Sioux Falls during his brief, low profile visit to South Dakota this week.
On the same day that farmers and ethanol producers rallied at Falls Park against Pruitt's ethanol policy, he was nearby at Josiah's Coffee House.
His surprise stop was confirmed by owner Steve Hildebrand.
Hildebrand, an outspoken liberal, groused on his Facebook page that if he had known that conservative Republican Pruitt was coming, he would have served him "muddy water."
Pruitt was in South Dakota for a farm-related meeting in Reliance that was closed to the public.
