Sioux Falls, SD – May 18, 2018 – SculptureWalk 15th Virtuoso Best of Show winners were announced today representing the best-of-the-best sculptures as judged on artistic merit and creativity by SculptureWalk sculptors.
The top sculpture is “Red Legged Frog” by nationally recognized artist, Pokey Park, of Tucson Arizona.
“This is the closest and most competitive judging we’ve ever had,” noted SculptureWalk director, Jim Clark. “It’s fitting that in our 15th Anniversary year we have the opportunity to honor so many artists.”
The winning artists receive a cash award made possible by a gift from the Scoular Family Trust and become eligible to be named a Virtuoso Sculptor.
“The Scoular family’s gift makes Sioux Falls and SculptureWalk the top destination for artists to exhibit their sculptures and is a big part of our current and future success as the largest and best annual exhibit of public art sculpture and tourist destination,” added Clark.
