SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- KELO.com News livestreamed on Facebook yesterday the pre-ceremony activities then the ribbon cutting of the new City Center with various City and local officials.
The pre and post-ceremony featured a musical ensemble. There were also free cookies, chips and salsa, and other goodies.
The ribbon cutting took place in the lobby of the City Center.
The City Center is located across the street from the downtown Public Library on Dakota Avenue.
