SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- Community activitist Bruce Danielson has filed suit against Mike Huether claiming that the Mayor assaulted him three years ago at a city council meeting.
Paragraph 76 of the 21 page federal civil complaint also alleges that at a June 16 2015 City Council meeting in, the Mayor assaulted then City Councilor Kenny Anderson Jr., by hitting him in the back of the head.
Anderson doesn't remember that at all.
"I do not remember anything like that ever happening between Mayor Huether and myself," Anderson told KELO.com News.
