SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- About a month ago, the woman who complained online about her child's school lunch was all over the local media and social media.
But she didn't follow-up with the Sioux Falls School District, according to Superintendent Brian Maher.
He said at yesterday's media briefing that neither he nor his staff heard from the woman.
She complained of gristly chicken and a hard, unripened banana.
Maher says the District's nutrition people are aware of the situation. Maher says he trusts them to deal with any issues arising from the online complaint.
