SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- You can't win if you don't buy a lottery ticket.
And you can't win office if you don't get on the ballot.
Yesterday, most of us in the local media were, well--transfixed, mesmerized, interested in, laughing at, amused by--I'm not sure what--about Sioux Falls mayoral candidate David Zokaites' " Zombie" campaign music video.
Like a zombie, his campaign for mayor is "undead." He looks like a candidate, acts like a candidate, but he is not on the ballot, so he is an "uncandidate." You know, the political version of a zombie.
Zokaites is a talented person--he sings, plays the guitar, writes music, and, apparently, directs music videos.
