SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- Republican gubernatorial candidate Lora Hubbel fired an opening salvo in the race in a radio ad this morning.
She claims that "progressives" have overtaken the Republican Party in the state. She also says South Dakota is the second or third most corrupt state in the country.
Her radio spot (click at right to listen) started running this morning on KELO-AM.
She also takes a veiled shot at South Dakota GOP chair Dan Lederman, saying he was a registered Democrat until last year.
KELO.com News has contacted Lederman for a response.
