SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- The first thing Jolene Loetscher says she'll do if she's elected Mayor of Sioux Falls this spring is take the doors off the Mayor's office.
She wants to send a signal about transparency and trust in government.
Loetscher spoke to KELO.com News on Facebook live this afternoon, and covered a number of issues and concerns.
She says people don't trust government at any level right now. She also wants to bring more consensus to decision making.
Loetscher, 39, says she knows she has to attract voters her age and younger to win. She also says the younger generations also need to be involved in politics and government.
And, in answer to a question that all the mayoral candidates will be asked, what's her favorite Adam Sandler film?
Her answer? Big Daddy.
