SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) - The suspect wanted in a Sioux Falls double homicide has been arrested in Nebraska.
U.S. Marshals and local law enforcement say Manuel Frias was located at a home in South Sioux City Tuesday night.
The residence was surrounded and after a two-hour stand-off, Frias surrendered without incident. He was taken to the Dakota County Jail and is awaiting extradition.
Meanwhile, alleged accomplice Maria LeClaire was in court on Tuesday. She is charged with first-degree robbery. The judge set her bond at $500,000.
