SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- The Compass Center will offer a one hour forum that addresses how to create a healthy response when a friend or relative is a sexual violence survivor.
The forum takes place at 1 pm on January 24 at the Sioux Falls University Center – Avera Hall.
Nationally, South Dakota’s rate of forcible rape is 45% higher than the national average according to FBI statistics for 2016.
