SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- A former fire station on Sioux Falls' east side will get a new purpose.
The City announced today that it accepted Stone Group Architects' proposal to turn the nearly 100 year old building into offices for an architecture firm and a financial planning firm.
The building was last used by the City Parks Department.
The building is by Heritage Park.
Stone Group was the only entity that submitted a proposal.
