SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- Former U.S Attorney for South Dakota Brendon Johnson says the indictment of former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort is actually only second place in the Russia sweepstakes:
George Papadopolous, a former trump campaign advisor, has copped a plea deal with the FBI.
"There has been some cooperation that the FBI has been working with him for months, under the radar," Johnson said. "The larger story, even bigger than the Manafort indictment, was the revelation about Mr. Papadopolous."
However, Johnson won't speculate where the indictment of Paul Manafort may lead.
"Does this reach people currently in the Administration?" Johnson asks. "The reality is I have no idea."
