SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- A week ago, it took about three minutes to go from 57th Street and Cliff Avenue to 26th and Cliff at 8 a.m. on a week day.
But today, the first day of school for the Sioux Falls public schools?
About ten minutes, because that's "rush hour" for students arriving at Lincoln High School just north of 41st and Cliff.
Traffic was backed up from LHS to the top of the hill on Cliff between 41st and 57th Streets.
