SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- It wasn't just Christian charity and gospel music on display Saturday at the LifeLight CityFest.
Petition gathers were also out in force, working the crowds and the booths, trolling for signatures for ballot issues.
One of those working the Sioux Falls Stadium area was Speaker of the House Mark Mickelson. He who was circulating petitions on ballot measures raising the tax on tobacco for technical schools and another banning out of state money being used to support ballot measures.
The petition gathers were not part of the official LifeLight activities.
