WILLIAMSPORT, PA. (KELO AM) It happened again on Thursday - the national media mixed up Sioux Falls with Sioux City, this time at the Little League World Series.

ESPN's Aaron Boone was 'live' in Williamsport Pennsylvania setting up the teams that will participate and when he got to Sioux Falls he called it the team from "Sioux City, South Dakota."

Of course, the whole world will know where Sioux Falls is when this thing is over, right?

Coach Jeff Riley tells KELO.COM News that his kids are ready. Their first game is against the Southeast Regional Champs out of Greenville, North Carolina Friday evening 7 Central Time on ESPN.

"I mean it's really cool that we get to play primetime, late night, under the lights." He says the boys are like celebrities, even signing autographs and the crowds have really seemed to take to the team from South Dakota.

Coach Riley says that he demands two-and-a-half hours of practice a day and then they are free to enjoy the excitement and color of this once-in-a-lifetime experience. On Wednesday, the boys were on a float waving at thousands of people watching the traditonal Grand Slam Parade.

The request for Sioux Falls Little League gear has been so great that the team wanted to publicize a link online to get the stuff:
