SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - A Garretson School District employee was arrested yesterday on a felony charge of solicitation of a minor.
The Minnehaha County Sheriff says bond for 58-year-old Rodney Bernard Fischer is set at a half million dollars cash only.
Fischer, who lives in Sioux Falls, will make his first court appearance this afternoon at 1:30.
The case was investigated by the Sioux Falls Office of Homeland Security Investigations.
