SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO AM) – Fire crews responded to two fires in Sioux Falls to start the weekend.
An early morning fire damaged a vacant house Saturday.
Sioux Falls Fire Rescue responded the fire about 2:20 Saturday morning. Crews found the front of the structure on East 6th Street on fire. Fire crews extinguished the fire in about 15 minutes.
There were no injuries reported.
Fire Rescue also responded to a small house fire Friday afternoon on North Wayland Avenue
The fire was contained to one room of the house and put out within ten minutes.
No injuries reported but one resident was treated on the scene by Paramedics Plus ambulance.
The investigation continues for the cause of the fires.
