SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO-AM) -- Beginning today, the center driving lane of Dakota Avenue will be closed north of Eighth Street to accommodate the construction of the new City Administration Building.
The current perimeter fence will move to the east. The east most driving lane will remain open during the closure.
This project is antipated to be complete in 2018.
