Officer Sam Clemens says four men were in a car arranging a pot buy. He says the two buyer intended to rip-off the sellers while the sellers intended to rip-off the buyers. Clemens says a 19-year-old Sioux Falls suffered non life-threatening stab wounds and another was hit in the head with a rock. Authorities are sorting through potential charges.
A mail carrier in the middle of his route got a shock yesterday afternoon.
Postal Service carrier Tommy Heuer was was delivering mail in the neighborhood of 18th and Duluth when a man approached him, saying he'd been stabbed, and was trying to walk to the hospital.. Another neighbor also calling in the report to Metro Communications.
