SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) The Sioux Falls man charged with making a terroristic threat after his Facebook video rant is back in jail.

State Attorney General Marty Jackley says that Ehab Jaber broke the terms of his bond conditions by testing positive for meth during a required drug test.

“The nature and severity of these charges, in addition to further allegations and developments, warrant the defendant be placed in custody. At a minimum, stronger bond conditions are necessary to protect the public,” says Jackley.

Jaber was arrested April 21 on the terrorist threat count and also for possession of methamphetamine, which was allegedly found in a search of his home. He posted bond on April 25. Now, he's back behind bars.

His son Taran Jaber, claims politics has something to do with Jaber's legal fix. The son tells the Sioux Falls Argus Leader that Marty Jackley is running for Governor, and that Jackley needs to have his father go to jail for this.

Jaber's troubles began after he was told to leave a conference at a Sioux Falls hotel with speakers critical of the Muslim religion.  He went out to his car in the parking lot and posted an angry rant on Facebook, displaying his arsenal of guns.
