SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - A Sioux Falls man who showed up at a conference on Christianity and Islam a couple of weeks ago was asked to leave after entering the Hilton on South Louise with a gun.

Officer Sam Clemen says security at the hotel told Ehab Jaber that guns were not allowed in the facility and he left without incident.

Hotel security called police who, along with an FBI agent, interviewed Jaber and determined he wasn't threatening anyone.

Jaber went to his vehicle and recorded himself displaying a number of handguns and long guns that he brought with him.  Clemens says he has a lot of guns but he didn't threaten anyone and has a conceal carry permit.

Jaber then posted the video on his Facebook page.

Clemens says just having a gun that might alarm others doesn't constitute a threat, "doesn't mean that you're going to harm people."
