SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Sioux Falls Police say a second Miami man was arrested in connection with a fraud case resulting in the seizure of almost 20 phoney or stolen credit cards.

Captain Loren McManus says 26-year-old Louis M. Sagarra-Calderin avoided capture Sunday but his accomplice, Rioger Mulen-Perez, was arrested and in possession of the credit cards.

McManus says police recovered evidence from the suspect's rental car, locked it and left it parked. Sagarra-Calderin later contacted the rental company asking for a spare set of keys.  The agency refused because his name wasn't on the rental agreement.

The company was contacted earlier by police about the car and McManus says they were aware of the investigation.  The rental agency sent a tow-truck to bring the car back and when they got there Sagarra-Calderin was standing nearby.

They called police and Sagarra-Calderin was also arrested for identity theft and possession of fraudulent credit cards.
