SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Another drug deal turned into a drug-rip around midday Tuesday and involved two Sioux Falls men ages 18 and 19.
Officer Sam Clemens says the 18-year-old made a late report about his effort to buy marijuana and how the seller pointed a handgun at him and drove off with his money.
Clemens says the 19-year-old seller invited the buyer to get in his car to ride around town while waiting for the marijuana to arrive.
The dealer stopped his car along South Western Avenue, pointed a gun at the buyer, told him to get out and kept the money.
Clemens says investigators have the suspect's name but haven't found him yet. He'll face an aggravated assault charge.
No one was injured in the incident.
