SIOUX FALLS,SD (KELO-AM) - A report of a stabbing early this Sunday morning has become a murder case. Lieutenant Mike Colwill says Sioux Falls Police got the call just before 4, at a residence near First Avenue and 15th Street. That's where officers found a 27 year-old man with stab wounds. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he later died. His name has not been released.
25 year-old Brady Richard Holter is in custody, facing second degree murder and first degree manslaughter charges. Colwill says the investigation found the victim and Holter knew each other, and drugs appear to be a factor.
