SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Police say there was an unusually high number of armed and strong armed robberies last night across Sioux Falls.
Officer Sam Clemens says some suspect descriptions and actions are similar but it's too early to say if the crimes are related.
Clemens says relating back to the armed robberies of two pizza workers earlier this week, investigators don't know if they're connected too. He says it's unusual to have all these robberies overnight.
Clemens says three of the six overnight robberies happened in apartment parking lots, most of the suspects were in their twenties and some wore grey sweatshirts.
