SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Sioux Falls Police say a juvenile was killed early this morning in a single-vehicle crash on Western Avenue between 22nd and 26th Streets.
Lieutenant John Duprey says the vehicle hit a tree. Duprey says speed and possibly drugs were factors in the crash.
He says two other juveniles, one the driver and another passenger, were being treated for minor injuries.
Duprey would not release the name, gender or hometown of the deceased juvenile or those of the other two victims.
He wouldn't say if another vehicle was involved in the incident but does say there are witnesses to the crash.
