Sioux Falls, SD (KELO AM) - Freezing drizzle and freezing rain are possible overnight tonight, making the Sunday trip to Church or Grandma's house hazardous.
The National Weather Service has issued a Freezing Rain Advisory for areas to the north and east of Sioux Falls, from 3 a.m. to noon Sunday morning.
These areas could see up to 0.2 of ice accumulation, especially along Buffalo Ridge in Southwest Minnesota.
Slow down, buckle up and use caution while driving Sunday morning.
The immediate Sioux Falls area is not in the advisory, but be aware of changing weather conditions.
