The Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation says its six outdoor ice rinks will open tomorrow at 1 p.m., weather permitting.
Each ice rink has a warming house, concessions, vending, and skate rentals.
Skate rental prices include $1 for youth ages 17 and under; $3 for adults and $2 for seniors ages 55 and older.
